Any of you guys have replaced their rear standard lights with LED ones ???
I need to replace mine as one of them is cracked and looking at ebay there were some nice ones with LEDs. Just not sure on the design and weather to take dimmed or clear or chrome version for the mugello blue car.

I would appreciate any photos of yours

I'd also do a search on here as this was a hot topic several years back.

Also be aware that there was one brand (sorry can't recall what) that were hopelessly dim to the point of being dangerous!

Pretty sure Stretch had the dectane? and had plenty of sh1te from drivers behind who couldn't see the lights.
I've put LED bulbs from Trups in mine. The reverse lights are silly bright, the brake/side light bulbs had to be taken out cause they kept throwing up an error. Should be having some new ones to try out soon.

I once bought dectane but sent them back - dangerously dim. The side lights also seem to angle out so when sitting directly behind you can hardly see them. I'd save your money and just by some standard ones from a breaker.

So looks like dectane is a NO NO then - didn't like them that much anyway :D
Will see what Greenslade has on his machine
