Hi MOT time and other than a could of rubber boots that have perished the nearside headlight adjustment is not working.....Anyone know how to remove the headlight without removing the bumper please ? Two screws on the top are easy enough but I'm guessing there are others hidden ?

You can't. You have to remove the bumper. But it's easy. Look in the FAQ.
