Does anyone have the correct (perfect?) Camber & Toe settings for the front & rear?

I do have them at home but not there for a few days. They were on here in a thread, can't remember if Shopp posted them or Stretch (footlong). Was well over a year ago. May have even been Chrisrs6??
previous- Pug 205 gti, 306 gti, 309 gti Goodwood.
