During my recent embarrassing escapade at the garage , one of the young mechanics, admiring my car said cheekily, you want to get a proper RS, an RS6. I started laughing, what he says. You got an RS4, them Rs6s are the real deal. He looked at the boot and went, oh yeah, that's fecking awesome, what an animal

A4 drivers don't come into this section of the forum any more, they're sick of being curmudgeon to death by us lot. To be fair, we've become very very good at it.Shoppinit wrote:/idly kicks the unexploded shell...

Reminds me of a recent MOT escapade. I was sitting in the waiting room when the mechanic came back in and said "Your <glances down at clipboard and reads verbatim> R.S.6... Is it 4WD?" I made full use of the viewing window from that point onwards.

The very last time I ever took my car to Audi the service manager booking me in said "Your [pause] RS6... is it diesel or petrol." :-/
