That one again! Or is it a different one? Why would a LHD car be in Japan when RHD ones were available there? Doesn't make any sense.
Last time it was advertised by the same people it wasn't a plus IIRC. Maybe it's a different LHD jap import. :-/

It's a different car.
It could be a plus. The dechrome wasn't obligatory. VIN will tell.

What's with that 'plus plinth' though?! 16 of 20! Maybe in Japan they don't like the global limitation and they're only allowed to display how many cars were allocated to Japan.

Why would they allocate LHD cars to Japan?
Good point about the plaque. Fake as 3 pound coin.

seller suggest I do my research better..
spooky as I had already asked him why, if as he claims, Audi did a limited production run of 20 for Japan that they chose to put the steering wheel on the wrong side.
and that if this is a rare unicorn like he claims, they why would it be for a sale at such a low price given a decent "common" RS6+ would be around £18k+

There weren't different plaques for different countries either. There were 570 odd RS6 plus sold in all countries.
Anyway, it's easy to tell from the VIN. The Plusses had a different VIN layout.
The regular RS6 have a VIN like this: WUAZZZ4B--N9-----
The RS6 Plusses have a VIN like this: WUAZZZ4B--N99----

It's a weird status thing in Japan to have an LHD car.

That doesn't surprise me. "Japan – Producing 78% Of The World's Weird 5hit Since 1952". The problem is, like most Japanese fetishism, it just doesn't translate.

Japan has a issue with LHD and RHD cars , they dont know which to choose.
They've decided that their going to try driving on the right to see which is best
Their starting next week with trucks, buses and taxis, followed the month after with cars and bikes

For the jap one, that's not blue-weave CF but it should be.

What's funny about this post is that I just watched that clip on my phone to confirm it was the right one.... at full volume.... on a crowded public bus.
