Repairs after service

My car had a service and they wrote down some advisory's I'm slowly working through. Next on the list is
Os inner steering rack ball joint has play!
Is this a. Big job or fairly ok ish ?

Shoudnt be too hard, its just your inner joint.... you've got the tie rod on the end and the inner is what connects the end of the rack to the tie rod.
Should be a simple case of removing the tie rod, and then pulling back the dust cover on the steering rack and removing that, im not sure on access in the c5 or even my own c6 but on most road cars they are quite easy to access and replace.
Definitely worth doing! something i'll be sorting when i replace all my front end joints/bushes
