Hi my c5 has the Audi extended warranty which stipulates correct servicing, I assume by Audi? I don't want to void anything so should I book it in at MRC or a dealer and if the latter, which one? I live near derby.

It really depends what 'exact wording' your cover says .
AFAIK , the old rule about having to be serviced by the manufacturer/main dealer changed a few years back, whereby you could have your vehicle serviced/maintained by
anyone ( garage) who was qualified and provided a stamp in the book accordingly.
I would check with broker of the policy as to what they actually mean by 'correct servicing' and who it can be done by.
Obviously our cars are a bit different than the normal, and really need specialist attention with servicing/maintenance, so you wouldn't go to just any corner garage to get it done.
Which, has just ruled out quite a few Main Audi dealers

Sounds like it needs to be main dealer. Is Camberley still the best thought of?

If going to Camberley, you really need to go through what they want to charge you for (they're trying to foot me with a £6k bill on my last service but a lot of it is under warranty but didn't check) and if you're taking a courtesy car, make sure you get the dates you want. I've been there twice, just to return as they couldn't give me the courtesy car for the duration that the car needed to be in for... my service ended up being 3 months late (not that I was really that bothered, it was the drives to and from was a pain in the rear). They could have checked it before I got there and sort it out over the phone. Since Rob left, I feel that they just try to push the jobs/ bookings through rather than making sure that everything was done in one go. The work itself seems fine though.

Yes I agree - the service managers don't seem as engaged as they were in the old days!!
On the plus side, Michelle is back, and that makes the visit a whole lot better!!
