Hi All
Long story short below this.
After change Check valve(058 133 753 D),TB then my 6 couldn't be turn on due to wrong timing and cause bent intake valve by hand turn the crankshaft....is't possible??
After removal fuel nozzle and turn camshaft by hand I noted the intake valve couldn't be complete close while camshaft was run a cycle by hand ...1-8 all the same result..No any cylinder pressure at all.intake valve couldn't be complete close while camshaft was run a cycle by hand at all.
Now I'm going to removal both of the cylinder heads but seens so many stuffs needs move...
Needs help for removal both of the cylinder heads step by step plz.

Can't see how you've managed to knock out the timing but just changing a little plastic pipe. Did you drop a tool or bolt into somewhere to like the pulleys or underneath the cam cover?
If you think the timing is out you need to get the timing belt covers off and see if the cam pulleys line up. Check out my how to guide on the cambelt to double check - you'll need specific tools to do it properly but you should get an idea if they are wildly out by looking at the cam pulleys and crank front pulley too.

When I 1st replace TB I didn't had tool and camshaft gear pulley jump a lot while I release the TB and reassembly TB just let 2 big holes Looked at inside then I turn the crankshaft by hand but had some resistance at 1st run and I haven't notes that and keep going turn the crankshaft then until heard "tapping" I was thought bent the valve already...
But I want to know how could I bent the valve by hand turn the crankshaft??? Is't possible??
Thanks
