Hi guys,
part of my upgrade to get rid of the Bose system in the car. Working on getting a new amp located somewhere and then on with these

What are you doing head unit wise? I thought the Bose stuff wasn't that bad but the RNS-D isn't as good as the RNS-E in terms of sound etc..

I have already had a 2013 RNS-E fitted and I will stay with that for now as I don't want to loose the sat nave display on the DIS or the original look, but once the amp and speakers are set up I will have to see how well it performs.

What's that dessert?
I like your parquet flooring also.

they look nice, but don't try eating them! Took the pictures in our kitchen showroom and it is full of fake food - trouble is some of it looks too real, we have some plastic apples in one display with a rather large set of teeth marks in them.

What kind of work surface is that?

I knew someone would ask me that - we are waiting for the new Silestone Dekton to go on display and rather than have no worktop, we just used 18mm white faced mdf and edged it because we had Google's photo people in to do a walkthrough of our showroom :

Hopefully we will have the Dekton fitted soon!

If I was in Swansea now I'd already be planning on getting a Joe's ice-cream later.

Hettich InnoTech as standard at the mo, changing to their new ArciTech and also Blum Intivo as an option. Hettich Sensys soft close hinges.
Ahh Joe's ice cream - part of the reason for my expanding waistline in the summer.

I want a new kitchen, although my 2 labs do not make it a show home
nice speaker pods, off the shelf or made bespoke?

Well after my initial excitement about the Jehnert speakers and door linings, I can say I am even more impressed. the kit is well made, the crossovers and fittings are all good quality and the instructions are specific to the C5 (so many times manufacturers just send out generic bloody drawings!). It looks like quite a bit of work to do it properly, so if it rains this weekend I know what I will be attempting.
Fortunately by brother is big in the speaker and amplification world, so I can get a few tips on setting everything up. For those who may be interested in doing this, let me know and I will photograph as I go along.

for all those RS owners in need of a new kitchen - We will do "special deals" as I know only too well the pain of owning one and how they eat into any surplus funds!

Good to know, but I hear your kitchens worktops are made from mdf...
Definitely take lots of photos. Interested in this, although I find the factory Bose very nice as is. What's prompting you to change?
