Hi guys I've searched the forum but after half hour I decided it would be easier to find the straight up answers I need for my questions by starting a topic myself.

Firstly and most importantly I'm hoping to do an oil change this week and wanted to know what's the best oil to use, and is it a an easy job to do like ( sump plug out, drain oil, new oil in ).

Also can the oil make a difference to how quick the oil temp goes up, as I've noticed mine goes up pretty quick since the garage changed my oil 2 months ago.

And secondly disc need replacing soon and would like to know any part numbers or best places to get them from.

Thanks

Brakes -

Drilled OEM as used on the RS6 & RS6+ are quite expensive (Front £630+, Rear £600) however Zimmermann make a very good copy (on par with OEM I'd say) which is currently on sale at EuroCarParts (enter Sping30) for £300 per set so £600 for all 4 discs. These are well regarded in the RS6 world and are a very good disc.

Plain RS6 OEM discs - I've not used so I don't know sorry.

Part Numbers

Front Drilled Disc - PR-1LP
Rear Drilled Discs - PR-1KY

Thanks for the help, I will browse the topics now to find the best oil, as for the brakes I seen those on euro car parts and was hoping someone would say there good to use as they are pretty cheap compared to the others I've looked at.

ONLY when the offers on, otherwise they're the same price as OEM.
