Hello

Post by alex9 » Mon Sep 16, 2013 4:07 pm

Hi,

Been lurking for over a year now, since buying an '03 RS6 (why anyone would insure a 22 year old on one of these is beyond me...). The vast wealth of info has been incredibly useful, hence why I've never needed to ask any questions! I bought the car knowing it would need a lot of work- disks, tyres, gearbox, intercoolers and a map later and I think I'm pretty much there, just an alloy refurb in the pipeline as they're a bit tatty. Anyway, thought it was about time to introduce myself.

Expecting stick over the fluffy dice, and I can't tell you anything about that thing in the garage other than it's not mine and is made of a secret new material called "rust". Anyway, I'm based in the SE but spend a lot of time around Glasgow, so maybe you'll spot me in between sometime.

Cheers,

Alex

Welcome, alex. I'm loving the fluffy dice. I think I might need to get some also.

What bam said, plus I think 10mm spacers will make your rims fill your arches nicely. For some reason Mugello always look to need to the spacers more than the other colours.

FON.

edit/ Get aero wipers, too.

Amanda, I understand you not answering the questions about your car, but I'm worried about you. You didn't use this - :assflash: even when it was just called for.
