Off to pick up my first RS6 tomorrow !! Going from an 06 2.7 TDi Avant Quattro S-Line (chipped to 240) to an 03 RS6 Avant. I'm like a kid on Christmas Eve I tell you. And I get a blast from the north of England back to Aberdeen.

I remember that feeling. 2.5 years ago North East to Kent to get mine. Everytime I turn that key its like Christmas still......

Well picked her up today and all I can say f@%k me !! Absolute belter !! Power is there , box changes seamlessly and mpg surprisingly good for a long journey. I love it !!

Excellent, just the way it should be, haven't driven the C5 RS6, only a C6 one, but if it's anything like the other RS models you'll get that smile every time you drive her. Where are the photos

I've had 10 years of great enjoyment in my C5. Ten really great years ! I've been driving my Megane the last few days, and had 5 days in the UK, so this morning I'll be enjoying the C5 on roads in SW France for the first time in 10 days. Great fun !

I owned a C6 from October 2009 for 6 months, and was pleased to get rid of it. There is something iconic about the C6 & I am looking forward to another 10 good years !

Well that's officially 1 week of ownership in and loving it. Every time I turn that key the smile comes on !!

And let me tell you ... 10 years on, my RS6 still gives me oodles of pleasure.
