Not yet, in fact the gearbox specialist that Grizz uses has never heard of a box pushing the flex plate out of position.

Further diagnosis will continue!

So that must be the input shaft and the bearing race has failed?

Th shaft sits inside a tube , the tube has fallen apart / smashed up .It's damaged the tc and oil pump . This is the second one this year we've seen with this part damaged , the first had snapped and become stuck in the tc .

Maybe many heat cycles have caused the material to become brittle.
