I would try ringing a stealer mate as they should have them in their workshop.

I see that you require a special coupler part number 4B3 616 891 as shown in the picture below.
Does anyone know which thread connection type and thread pitch this coupler has? The picture showing protector caps on the end connections, so hard to see. It is an Audi/VW part so I guess it is metric M? thread, but which size and is it female or male thread? Please advice.
