On the subject of suspension...
My RS6 came with KW V3s fitted which seem to be functioning.
I've bought some H&R ARBs to replace the standard.
While it's in the garage and being lowered to the new rims I'm thinking to refresh all the bushings with Strongflex yellow (sport).

Can anyone give any advice regarding yellow & red bushings with Sportflex?

I'm changing the ARB & bushings as the car doesn't feel as planted as I had hoped/thought it would. Hopefully these will do the trick and I don't need new coilovers! (Fortunately this thread has dissected all options)

When I can, I have tried to stay with OEM bushes - even though it's a pain in the neck getting old ones out. But they last well, so it's fine.
However, I have strongflex yellow bushes in my lower rear suspension arms since the Audi bushes are NLA. They seem good.

My last car was a rs4 b5. When I refreshed the suspension I pollybushed the entire rear end and running it with b12 set up felt fine. Some changes like that shouldn’t harden it too much

I've spoken with Strongflex who have confirmed I can return what I don't use. I'll get the complete set and replace what needs replacing only.
When ordering I'm asked "Check the width of the Front lower wishbone outer bush before buying. There are two widths of the bush, 49mm (021257A) and 37mm (021260A)."

Does anyone know if the 2002 Avant is 49mm or 37mm?

Thanks
