I'm well aware what you make, you'd think that would provoke you to share how you've enlarged the hotside or why you don't need to...

back babes..

To quickly go over the hotsides being too small. That really depends on what power we are speaking on ?

But right now we have cars ( rs4/s4 b5 3.0) at near 800PS on this spec hotside on 102 fuel. On E85 900PS (both no WMI)

we do a few cnc mods on the hotsides and some hand work to increase throughput.

1 is we cnc mill the opening and into the mouth of the volute too bigger dia and tappering. 2 is we cnc mill the exhaust turbine housing to except a far larger BWTS K16 turbine that we also perform a curved clip of the turbine blades to again increase throughput and reduce back pressure and lower potential EGT's

3 is working and removing materail after the turbine on the housing to again increase output

Im actully hand porting a set this week myself for a RS4 B5 going for 900+. Are allready CNC milled just need put few days of hand work in.

B5s don't count, we're talking C5 which is more affected by smaller hotside.
These are superb turbos though and they get results. Probably because you guys aren't lazy and actually do the hard work hotside.

Sure the extra cc does count but we set many records right now on rs6 hybrids proving flow more than stock housings or others hybrids. No reason that extra power won't cross over to a 4.2

Your right in that the reason is working the hotsides.

We hope we get into 700+ soon but no certaintys. Maybe with new exhaust and intake improvments

That's 680PS on the autobox? Nice. Don't think we've seen power like that on any other car that isn't converted to manual.

Are you going to keep the autobox? From a commercial point of view, I think your RS6 turbos would get have wider appeal if you didn't mod the car too extremely.

Is it on stock manifolds at the moment then?

Yeah, I saw that in the spec on the first page. Was just looking for more info on them but their website and Facebook appears to be down.

Yeah website is down. Facebook is fine and well, but really limted info posted on projects more key points and pics

Yeah Auto box, uprated box and uprated torque converter and gerabox software. We hope to keep yes as without ruins the whole rs6 feel imho

Tbh this spec of turbo we really do not wish to sell as too much time effort involved and so price. this project is for fun!

We worked out we put 400Hrs into this car !!! I think the sweet spot so to say is using our 650 spec blowers, make around 550-600ps on stock motor/manis/intakes so totaly plug & play.
