Oh I dont know , 500+bhp , 2000+nm , 12mpg (tractor only) ....kinda makes a 6 look bad on paper doesn't it :audibash:

Well ladies & gentlemen, here they are; a brace of hybrid turbos all ready and waiting to spin some serious boost through the old V8.

It's a real shame no one will see them when fitted, they're works of art :mrgreen:

You went with AET in the end?

What did they set you back?

You doing any other mods to go with them?

Some specs:

Starting with the orig K04 turbos,

Machined 7 deg cutback to turbine exducer to increase flow through the turbine housing

Fitment of K06 billet compressor wheels, 35Lb/min

CNC machined compressor covers to accommodate the hi-flow billet compressor wheels

Fitment of AET motorsport spec 360 thrust assemblies to cope with increased boost pressures

Total seal piston rings fitted to turbine for low back pressure exhaust systems

Ported wastegates for increase boost control at hi boost

14psi Turbosmart IWG75 actuators fitted

VSR Balanced to motorsport spec
