Funnily enough the thought had crossed my mind as well. Other than ask Red Bull for a ransom what was the point?

What a sad world we now live in.

I've been busy increasing security at my house. After this experience I've decided on a police monitored ADT alarm complete with CCTV. The peace of mind outweighs the subscription in my opinion now. Even if I have many undisturbed nights post fitment it is the only way we will sleep securely.

I forgot you live in the West Mids Chunky. I've been wondering how the hell they have targeted so many RS models. I don't believe in coincidence of this scale. It can't have been a chance excursion to where I live from Brumagen.

Is it only ADT doing monitored alarms?
Daytona RS6 C5 Avant. Viper'd, Billies, Waggers, MTM box brain, C6 stoppers, xcarlink, R8 coolant cap (woohoo)
///M3 E46 | XC90 (V8, natch) | Passat GTE | RR Classic V8 flapper

There are others out there. However all of ADT's alarms are monitored and this is well known by those looking to remove you of your hard earned possessions.

Therefore paying for a name probably helps deterrence in this case as there is sure to be easier pickings elsewhere.
