i've got a lot to learn!
i've had vag-com for many many years, only really used it for fault codes, changing options, and even lowered my allroad, but all those figures really don't mean much at the mo!
"lumpy" throttle response
Re: "lumpy" throttle response
I used to own a 6, now I'm just a lurker!
Re: "lumpy" throttle response
Will look at gettin the DV and N75 changed - is the N75 a big job? From what I have read on here N75 replacement is pretty much "maintenance"!
So add some waggers and I should be almost there (already done vacuum hoses), think silicone ic hoses come with/get fitted with the wagners.
Do you think an air leak somewhere could cause the stuttery mid range?

Re: "lumpy" throttle response
I normally like vacuum leaks for these kind of problems, but it doesn't look like unmetered air is getting in - quite the opposite in fact. IF unmetered air was being sucked in, I would have expected the ECU to be enriching the mixture to compensate and you've got the opposite.
DVs are extremely easy. N75 is too, just need to get the airbox off to access it. Cheap and easy jobs. Worth it for peace of mind.
