Well thank goodness for this thread!

My rear wash stopped working the other week and presumed the jet was blocked.

Although my carpets are not soaked it has been misting up a bit lately which I just put down to the normal solar roof trouble.

Anyway just read through this thread, took a peek thanks to the great information of where to look and sure enough the connector had come apart and was gushing everywhere!

Absolutely no play in the pipe which was a bit of a mare but Woodlums idea of 3 cable ties worked a treat and it's now sorted. Very satisfying to sort something myself for once on these complicated cars :)

That pipe with the connect in the footwell has got to be one of the daftest things Audi's done?!?!?

Funny thing is my missus' X3 has the same type of thing in the rear tailgate, unfortunatly the cable-tie trick hasn't worked so good on this so i'm gonna have to use something like self amalgamating tape maybe as theres a small waterfall everythime she cleans the back window (but thats not very often as she is a typical woman and does'nt seem to look backwards/sideways very often when driving)!!
