Re: Daily Driver or Garage Queen?
I think she started trimming it in THE ( not her ) early nineties, probably just a stipe now
Re: Daily Driver or Garage Queen?
Regular driving seems to keep mine happy. It picks up scratches/stonechips and having kids means the interior suffers. I try my best to keep it as good as possible however I don't get precious over it and its not the end of the world when I find another ding.
My friend has a 911 and it sits in the garage all year except for its annual trip for a service as mileage damages the value, driving it picks up stone chips and still paranoid about his engine going pop. Not much use as a car then!
I'm slowly sorting my garage where it will eventually live on top of a 2post lift and will see much more cosmetic and mechanical TLC.

Also a daily driver. Wife uses it every day, and we have 2 kids so does get a bit dirty inside, but nothing a good valet wont cure. Only time I use it is at the weekends, always trying to find excuses to go somewhere without wife and kids to give it a bit of a blast. Probably doesnt get anything above tickover in the week.
You hardly see any about do you. They are very rare. I think I've only seen one other in the last 3 years. Never had a car which attracts so many knowing glances from fellow petrolheads. Majority of people wouldnt give it a second glance but those who know, know.

Re: Daily Driver or Garage Queen?
We have four cars, the 6 can get driven once, maybe twice a week. I tend to drive the 4 by choice more as it is more fun/rewarding to abuse. Sits on the driveway as I converted the garage to a gym, which I still have yet to use.......

Mine's a daily driver. I pamper it mechanically but cosmetically it needs some love. All the lacquer's come off the front so it's getting painted soon, and the leather needs a good clean but it's getting there.
I'm surprised how many are being used as daily's

But then you'd have to give up your BDSM lab. Life is about choices.
