I'm old-fashioned, I've always cable-tied my victims 'ankle to wrists' then stand them up in the corner. However, I know some of the younger chaps prefer 'ankles to wrists' and loaded into a sex-swing, I ain't got time for that. If I'm putting a victim into a swing I prefer to use a leather belt, it tends to lend a subtle aesthetic that gets me just little bit harder.
