13mm increase on the radius is huge. It's far too much.
255/30/20 give you exactly the right rolling radius. Shame 92 is the highest load rating.
275/30/20 will give you 97 load rating which should be fine, and a modest increase in rolling radius.

Thanks Shop! 275/30/20 surely needs some sort of special treatment though? Standard offset? Sounds like it needs to drop a little, maybe 25mm. I've only got 10mm clearance with my crappy 255/35/19 Falkens on the OEM 5 spokes, even with Mr Knobbly gone. Time to get the "tape measure" out and do more research, I think.
