Re: Daytona and full black out
Don't like blacked-out badges. I think it makes the car look down-market. But that's just my own personal opinion, of course. I'm sure many will disagree.

Re: Daytona and full black out
I think the main point is that as the Plus edition is indicated by the blacked-out trim, roof bars etc, it makes sense to finish the job and de-chrome the whole car, hence the wheels and badges.

Please leave it as is, your car is a real thing of beauty just the way it came from the factory, well apart from being far to high!

Re: Daytona and full black out
I run black optics on my Avus 6 including rings and badges. Also removed the black rear fog lights and colour coded the trim in Avus silver.
On my mobile right now but pics can be seen in the 'best 3 pics' thread linked below if you're interested.

Always liked that look... your colour coded fog light panel, in original form I think it looks very dated, have you fitted a fog light in your offside rear light then?Spitelli wrote:I run black optics on my Avus 6 including rings and badges. Yep, it's in the OS rear cluster wired in to proper Audi bulb holder and sits OEM fitment.

Although in all honesty the aftermarket window tinting film makes me cringe...
