Danke. Can't help but feel a little chav-like even considering something like this but before I go search the forums, anyone seen these C6-esque LED rear clusters fitted to a C5 avant? - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LED-Rear-Ligh ... 1c1b4215c0

Think I will prob slap myself back to sanity for having dirty chav light thoughts but they could possibly not look totally gash?

Edit - As expected, search is my friend but not seen pics of this particular smoked variant yet so thought appreciated chaps :)

Think someone over on srs had them. I like the look of them but the build quality is meant to be poor.

Meant to say, cars looks in very good condition mate but loose the wheels asap

What wheels are they? I am on my way home now so I'll check it out. I love the C5 RS6 19'' wheels, shame so many Golfs/A3 TDI S Lines have them. Spoils them a bit.

For some unknown reason, I believe the original owner went for the 18" option wheels instead of the 19" wheels. Could be wrong but I think that is the case. I want 19" wheels ideally, think 20" would ruin the comfort.

If you change the 18"s at some point I might take them off you (at the right price)...

I appear to be collecting different wheel options... Have 19's, original 18" winter options (currently fitted) so these could be a good addition...

These are the original winter 18s, aren't they? Or are these the B5 RS4 wheels or sommit? Confused.

Home now, car looks awesome. The 18" wheels were a no cost option from new.

Mavada used to have 18's on his. Those look like the OE 18" wheels to me, not the winter variety.

I like them but think they underplay the car a bit to much. You need 19s on really to set the car off, IMO.

Plus if you want to put bigger brakes on then you'll need bigger rims. Check out the Sportec Mono 10. Other than bam's wheels, I think these are the best looking you can get for an RS6.

Don't go chav with the rear lights. Please :(

I could well be very interested, do you have any pics? With tyres? what price?

Drybeer, I do want 19's so would be prepared to sell these in the not too distant at all but would have to be a package with the tyres. Only just fitted one about 100 miles ago to match the other 3 fairly recent tyres fitted by the previous owner (this one was more worn and unmatched to the other 3 255/40/R18 Dunlop SP MAXX 99Y tyres)

another tyre was replaced less than 800 miles ago and the other 2 3000 miles ago. Overall lots of life left in them I believe but I will double check.

Shop, while those sportec wheels look bootiful, I wouldn't spend that much on rims when I could put that money to proper performance mods, which interests me more tbh as I am not a fairy with the throttle ;). I would really like to know what model Bam's wheels are though as they do make me mildly moist.

Cheers,

Nick :).

Knowing will just make you want them more. And they are twice the price of the sportecs... Ignorance is bliss :P
