Shop you must be feeling the same way as me....The one I bought discussed on the "Interesting Upgrade" thread...for £400 as well...could not be made to work by a Car Audio installer a couple of weeks ago...I'm going to have a go when I get back home from Baku...but I'm thinking if a profesional installer failed...so will I.
If I can't get the bug*er to work I'm going to stick with the RNSD....If I'm honest It's a decent Sat Nav (for the 3 times I've actually needed it in 18 months ownership) and It plays C.D.'s .....do you really need anything else?

i may also add, that i have no connection to the seller in any way ... just spotted it on pee heads

but with RNSE's, they are notoriously 'hot' especially on ebay or pee heads

One of the reasons that made me think twice was the guys e-mail address J Khan H <thug.z@live.co.uk> really with internet fraud there is no way of getting your money back, the best way it to pay through paypal and if the goods did not arrive then you would get your money back, i did loose some money to some russian bastards before, so now im always careful, but get back to the point i think you should get on to piston heads and report the advert as fraud and see what they say, also contact your bank and see if they can trace the money, also tell the police.

Right - just spoken to a helpful gent at Petrolheads office . He has blocked the git,s adverts but can do little else to assist . He advised small claims court as the only possible re course as in his experience banks and police will probably not be interested - buyer beware and all that ....
He wasn't able to confirm his address due to data protection but did confirm the address they have on record was Colne road but a different house number .
So it does indeed look like we are stuffed on this one - how hard is it worth struggling to get £400 back ?
Open to any other ideas ?

Lads, whoever has paid, this is particularly simple as you have bank details, this isnt a cash buy.Its police, police, police. Keep all phone logs and emails and sms messages, use sms backup + as ive recently won a small claims court case based on saved sms messages.
