Sure, my local :kissmyrings: lot are happily coining it in at £120 an hr. Im not really interested in the labour however, more the parts replaced or done, only if indeed a thermo went and it was a part worth £40 but labour is 6 hours, the cost of that really is irrelevant to the working mechanics of the car.

I'm away at the moment so here is the bits I remember .........

4 new alloys and tyres,
New windscreen,
Cam belts etc all done,
Engine out for small but hard to get to oil leak,
Rocker cover oil leak,
Power steering pump slight noise, so replaced,
Seat belt clips, rattled, so replaced,
The peddles rattled over bumps, cured.......
Drc pipes replaced,
New headlamp due to the adjustment not working,
4 new drilled disks and set of pads,
And all the servicing etc with Camberly...

Er there is more and rob at Camberly Audi can tell the whole story of the car, and I have the mountain of paperwork!

The car is so good in so many ways, I just fancy a change.......

And want it to go to somebody who will love it and know e value it's had put into it!

I don't think there are many left with Audi warranty out there, to me it's been worth its weight in gold!

Good question, but the important thing is has the oil been replaced and when. This seems to be the way to make them last that bit longer. I haven't been through the advert again but standard cars with oil changed seems to last longer if i remember the g-box life thread. (also makes sence in a way)

Quit asking the questions and buy the car guys.
previous- Pug 205 gti, 306 gti, 309 gti Goodwood.
Audi S3, S4 V8 avant.
Porsche Macan Turbo.
Gone but NEVER forgotten - C5 RS6 Misano red avant.

Now - Empty garage

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there!

Guys, I though it was Audi policy that they didn't do gearbox ail services and insisted that it was a "sealed for life" unit? I am guessing some dealers may say sod that but I could have sworn that was stated on here.

Gone:

"Brutus"- C5 RS6 Avant - MRC stage 2 - Milltek non-res + 100 cell cats - Wagner ICs - PSS9 - H&R ARBs - OZ Superturismo LM - C6 Custom brakes - HD RNS-E - Various other bits - 555PS/832Nm

Dunno about Audi, but ZF certainly recommend a service on the "sealed for life" 5hp boxes if they've been subject to "hard use". Cant remember the year or km interval off hand, but it's about now if anyone hasn't done one yet :)

I have now reduced it to £11995.00

Am I in the right place?

I cant find any others for sale with the standard of history or Audi Warranty....

Thoughts?

Offers?

Just a quick question...does it have a rnsd or rnse unit fitted?

I'm looking at one tomorrow but I'm not buying the first one I see. Whereabouts in London are you based?

Sorry to butt in but please please please don't let the RNS-D/RNS-E play an important part in whether you buy a car or not. It a tiny, insignificant part compared to a million other far more important things to check over when buying one of these!!! The car in this thread appears to be a bona fide great example and well worth seriously looking at. I don't know Mattjet1 from a hole in the wall so have no vested interested in preaching at you ;).
