Seriously though I reckon I would probably pay double for a box that could take the torque and ponies of a modded 6, I reckon they could sell maybe 20 a year...
Maybe I will pop in and proposition them!

If it's anything like the cost of a competition 'box for a group A or world class rally car... Better sit down carefully after they price it for you...

It won't just be twice the OEM replacement cost!

Ok maybe triple the cost but my car has covered 55k and is on its 3rd gearbox - economy of scale! Sure £10k would pretty much give you an almost bullet proof set up

Although Hell will freeze over before I go manual in mine, I for one am genuinely interested to see what the guys there have to say so if you do find the time to go and see them and let us know, that would be great :)

Plenty of cool cars out there. And cheap, too. Grab yourself a 66 mustang and drive a car that's twice your age. Sorry, 3 times :)
You shouldn't have to register the car if you're there on essentially a working holiday. Should be fine.
Enjoy running their "Premium" Gas through your engine :audibash:

"For high power endurance racing use Quaife’s new 69G six speed sequential gearbox is rated to 750bhp" was designed for rwd and originally marketed at £6,595+ vat

Ps I am not promoting these guys, just driven past a lot and heard good things - guess the tcu could be a problem though!
