Wow, amazing service, considering how little play Amar just got from them!

4 months . Fair play to them though and hope you get a good answer for the fault.

When audi uk phoned me yesterday they said they would ring dealer to let them know I am collecting my car today so all great, I phoned dealer around 10 am to confirm I will be there, but to be told the service man dealing with my car is not in and he will contact me Monday to arrange it. This does frustrate me, I was all ready then told I can't collect.
Oh we'll another few days with the s6.

Finally after 4 months I have the car back, I asked the question what actually caused it and guess what??? they don't know. Further inspection the rear seat is now back to original condition, but one of the wheels have been badly curbed and the car bodywork was filthy. So the bad experience I've had with this particular dealer has not changed.

That's the answer I thought they would give you. Are they sorting out the damaged alloy?

I hope you asked them to repair the alloy. Lay it on thick. Act appreciative of how accommodating and cooperative audi have been and how the dealer has been (probably to keep you quiet) great in the provision of 2 such lovely cars but youre finding it difficult to understand why when they have lent you an rs5 and s6 they hand you your car back with a damaged alloy that in the scheme of things would have been peanuts to put right before handing it back.

So how good is it to have the RS6 back?

Truthfully glad I got it back, compared to the s6 my c5 rs6 has a proper V8 sound, feels a lot more solid and the power is delivered in a more raw way. The c7 s6 is a lets say "nice car" but really don't know where it fits, it's a very refined car but the engine is very quite, plus didn't really sound like a v8 and power delivery too smooth.

I did like the rs5 I had for the 4 weeks, that was a great car, proper v8 sound, and great looks too, but it is great to get mine back.

You are lucky you had the s6 last, think it would have been very hard to hand the rs5 back.

Got to be honest, since having that RS5 I have been looking at a few.

Did you get any explanation as to how the wheel got kerbed................ in a workshop ?
Given all they had to do was remove the seat , how does a wheel get damaged #baffled

No chance, they even said it must of come in like it, but when he went and got the paper work for when I took it in 4 months ago, low and behold there were no damage to the wheels.
Audi uk have been on the phone to me alot over the last few months, and I have given them lots of feedback on dealers, but it just amazes me that the product itself is a very good product, it's just that dealers really let part of the brand down.
As all dealers are franchises there's no hope of it improving.

I had a warranty claim on my RS3 as the lacquer was peeling off on the sills.

All agreed, no problem, car left with dealer whilst I'm on holiday. Audi UK aware as it was also having the squeaky brakes sorted. I went to collect and the had failed to deal with the most blatant bit of peel. Warranty lady was most apologetic and agreed it was part of the job. Body Shop lady hadn't inspected car once complete. Tut.

Worse still the car was sold and was due off the next day. Warranty approval went with the car thankfully.

Audi UK weren't impressed. I didn't hear anymore from the dealer. Audi UK took it up internally.

As above. Great product but basics are missed and that leaves all of us expecting the worst. Not often disappointed.
