No idea dude, the S3 forum is deader than a very dead thing on here. While they won't be taking over work on the RS6 for me (with the exception of the uprated gearbox and a few other sensible things while the engine is out, if the box is as good as hoped, subject to spec breakdown), I have been in communication with Ben @ AmD Essex this weekend and he has been extremely helpful, putting together great big emails with replies to my various questions and how I want to progress with Modding the S3.

I have no problems whatsoever with giving them a try for modding that as the 1.8T BAM engines are their bread & butter for modding and everybody in the LCR community etc knows the quality of their work. I did find it funny though when he was advising me to use V-Power/Tesco 99 and going to great lengths to breakdown torque, been down the remap/modding route a fair few times dear ;) :D.

Will spam up here what I am going to be going with and will then leave it at that as I don't want to split off this thread heavily:

Service including Haldex checkover and new fluid
Milltek Non-Res system
AmD 3" downpipe with single 200 cell sport cat
Badger5 Throttle Intake Pipe with heatshield and BMC Twin Cone filter
Possible Forge 007P Diverter Valve, but tbh, I haven't had any boost leak problems with fitting new OE valves and the Forge ones can need a little looking after
AmD Stage 2 Remap
Superpro full bush kit, steering rack mount and dog bone mount (if needed)
Hunter alignment

I think that is about if for now. The car is getting tinted next week and if I can ever get hold of NHN, then my spare RNS-E will be going in to it too along with DAB for madam. I really don't want to sell the Cupra and am trying to find ways to keep her for me but I will be selling her fully modded in about a week or so.

Guys, I met Ben yesterday and he has been doing all he can to get the info from the gearbox guys but they are not great at putting pen to paper during busy times he says. I have reiterated how interesting this is to us and Ben is doing all he can to chase but he can't make the people actually write stuff down if they aren't ready to ;).

Thats his prob but if he was really interested the info would now be here. I know if I was running a buisness offering an uprated bomb proof gearbox for an rs6 I would have the information fully to hand.
950 nm torque!

Ohh running bridgestones because they are the best ;)

Amanda, just shush. THEY ARE NOT MAKING THE GEARBOX. The expert company is and he has been on their case repeatedly but they are not the type to sit down on command and write tons of stuff. Their workload is perfectly busy no doubt and we will most likely represent only a small fraction of their gearbox business so be realistic.

AmD are stupidly busy as I witnessed first hand at the weekend and based on how great Ben has been with dealing with me with the S3 and the huge emails he comes back to me with, as well as being all over other forums and dealing with counter customers, the boy is doing bloody well. Feel free to spam the gearbox company yourself perhaps??
