Knocking.... HELP needed

Post by RED_ROCKET » Tue Oct 19, 2021 4:12 pm

After replacing the front arms a few years ago and doing only a 2k miles... The driver side is making a knock and becomes quiter as its driven.

Running KW shocks and original springs...

Anyone advise me if there is stronger bushes or uprated arms or what that damn knock is??? :FIREdevil:

Had all my arms done a few years ago and mine has started to knock again also. It's just our shitty roads I imagine. I do drive mine daily, what about you ?

I've also noticed in the last few weeks that I seem to have a sway effect from the rear end. If I'm on a slight bend and there is a dip or uneven surface it feels ever so slightly that the rear end sways left to right.

What’s it like on full wheel lock.
What arms were installed. OEM ?
I had a problem after having all new arms fitted.
Eventually went to unit 20 and they informed me that cheap and nasty arms had been installed.
Unit 20 replaced them all with original parts and haven’t had the problem since.
Since then I have only used unit 20.

My back end has started swaying over bumps as well. It's like the semi trailing arm/rear crap suspension wriggle that I've had on other cars which is annoying. It never used to do it.

The roads are in such a state. It's criminal frankly.

One of the front end knocks I had was a slack bumper mount of all things. Mine sounds like it's loose again.
