Thanks mark (if message was meant for me). My car is still at local VAG/MOT center after failing on unstable headlight, top fixings are fine but bottom two are broke, the boys at the garage think they can get repair kit but I'm not so sure, I've owned car for three years and only noticed when I replaced intercoolers in first lockdown. Sorry to hyjack thread.
I managed to 3d print a repair kit for the inner lower mounts:

I basically epoxied those on and they seem fine although they haven't clocked up any mileage yet...

I can provide the file if that's any help!

That may well be a great solution to my problem, I'm waiting to hear from the garage early part of next week, thanks for everyone's help.

Awaiting for a proper second hand grill to pop at you local fleabay, I wonder if a temporary solution to replace the beading would be to use rim protectors like those https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/2035041629.html.

Not that the car look bad as it is, but something's missing (along with a properly refurbished oil cooler but that's for another thread).

I’ve just been chatting to Steve Green and he has got the lower centre grill and trim in stock. £100 for the pair, call him to arrange pictures etc.

I’ve used Steve a few times and haven’t had an issue even when returning stuff. (Just my 2p worth)

I'm still scratching my head as to where my headlight or refund has got to, I spoke to Steve over two months back when I first parted with money, he sounded a dead nice guy, but he's not so chatty now and I'm without the headlight, and I'm £250 out of pocket. Must be me o suppose.

The garage has managed to fabricate a bracket for headlight, so has passed mot with no advisories, not ideal but best I can do. Thanks for everyone's help.
