New 6 owner

Post by nzrs6 » Fri Oct 14, 2016 2:17 am

Hi, thanks for the include. I have recently taken ownership of my first rs from someone that didn't know how to look after one. Having so far changed all the fluids and cam belt as that was 30,000 km over due! I still have the dreaded Drc to sort. Only 3 of the shocks are leaking.

I plan on fitting sport dampners with stock spings and a set of arbs. But I am having trouble finding a listing for shocks for the rs6 that aren't Drc or coil overs.
So my question is to those that have fitted them are they based off a s6 listing?

Those rims actually look ok in a normal colour:

2x places to buy - I think it's correct, but do double check the part numbers:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/KONI-Sport-FA ... SwqYBWoUuX
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Koni-Stosdamp ... SwWKtUsoij (I bought em from this guy)

And everything you want to know about fit & ride :
http://www.rs6.com/showthread.php/23946 ... low-Sports

There is sometimes a bit of a delay - depending on whether Koni have any stock or are waiting to do another run on em. I had to wait a few weeks for Koni to make them.

And also - Hotchkis ARB set. Bit screwed by the exchange rate now though, but 12 months ago it was cheaper for me to buy them from here than from a UK supplier. Maybe different now.

Everything's good about em. :)

Tiffany Blue is not a colour that a grown man should know exists. Hand over your mancard, NEOW!
