Admiral for both of mine, about 15% increase in premium with mods declared so it's about £400 ***BUT*** both times I was already with Admiral with the previous car to the RS6's (both mondeos strangely!) so the cover was swapped to the new car over the phone rather than as a new client through a website.

Both only cost about £100-120 extra over the mondeos too which was awesome.

75% increase. Errrrm, nope.
Using the power of man maths you can probably move to a modded C6 on the grounds the percentage increase is less.

I've done that man maths before but I can't get past the All Road looks.

True, not the prettiest, nor the meanest looking RS.

I think its debatable that a change in suspension is a 'modification', its more of a 'replacement' I would say, or it certainly could be argued. A bit like replacing discs, if there is something wrong with them, you replace them rather than repair...?

You'd better tell 'em. If not they can invalidate your insurance in the event of a claim for non-disclosure.

In your opinion, yes , but not in the insurance world's I'm afraid. End of the day, its not the same as was fitted as standard when new, which is what they work off .
The discs argument is a bad comparison. You replace discs with discs, 'replace' being the keyword :beerchug:

That is ridiculous with the ARB'S! I'm with admiral aswell, I will prepare myself for a long conversation when I upgrade my ARB 'S next year!

Did you get it sorted in the end with admiral or did you go elsewhere?

I'm £600 a year at 21 with coilovers declared and 3 years no claims, which I think is very cheap!

Admiral for me too.

With Stage 1 tune, Milltek and ARB's declared, less than £300 for me and the 'significant other'.
