Post by amanda1 » Thu Nov 13, 2014 6:59 pm

Needed 2 new Bridgestone tires for the 6 so went searching ........been quoted and have paid between 250-275 each before so imagine my delight to find them on the oponeo web site at 134 each :)
2 zooming in ASAP as delivery is expected tomorrow or Monday. Anyone else used them or heard of them???

Good deal, cheers Panda... I'm running a set of RE050s at the moment too, but paid close on £200 a corner!

PS2s at £155 a corner look like good value too...

Worryingly cheap... Check the manufacturing date when they turn up.

I ordered a set of winters off them last year, cheapest by far. They came from Germany and still only took around 3 days to arrive. I would use them again.

Panda which Bridgestone's are you on?

Have you compared them to the Goodyears? Thoughts on the difference?

Goodyears £151 ea !

Great prices!

Camskill seem to be the cheapest I've found for Goodyear F1AS2 @ £142 for the stock size.

PhilT please oblige?

In fairness Amar I've got the Bridgestone Blizzak LM25 winters - they're great in snow. No idea what their summers are like - but hesitant to leave the goodyears.

Hi

I've used Oponeo, good service and no issues. Michelin PS2s for my XJR.

I've also used Tyreleader. Again, good service and great prices. Audi fitment PS2s for my RS6.

RE050's are actually pretty good as are the Goodyears, but beat by Micheline PS2's. However the staple favourite is the Michelin Pilot Super Sport, all IMHO. £160 each fitted at Audi main dealer.

Did loads of online research and used them for 2 tyres. Ordered late saturday night and arrived first thing wednesday morning. First class service and free postage. Will be using them again without a doubt.

Tyres must be cheaper than last time I bought any.

Has anyone checked the date on them?

They've got great prices but long lead times....I had to cancel an order with them after waiting over two weeks for delivery and still no definite answer on a date I could expect them, maybe just a one off but I'd hesitate before ordering again. Oponeo came to the rescue, delivered within 3 days
