Thanks Bam, I kinda figured its someone who had been discredited but a search for Ben didnt throw anything up apart from lots of references to shop ..

As regards to licensing, is there no way we could create a sticky in the faq page of places people have been, what they had done, good/bad etc, kinda like the ol' knobbly one? would be like the forums own licensing? just a thought...

Ok Bam, when I'm back near a keyboard I'll put something up. As I'm new to Audi game let alone the rs, would guess it'll be handy for knowing if its a good service place or they can do specialist work or if its just good for parts an a chat!
