It's because it's certainly very rare. That's the first I've seen with optics too, so it is 'interesting', innit.

Maybe just a trick of the light, but looks like it has one of those reflective coatings and a dark sun-strip along the top edge?

car got double glass. front window got that kind of heat coating inside--kind of puprle/mirror (also an option)
It's totally made to wish at quattro gmbh (before the plus came on the market. it got all it's optical gimmicks (no plus badge of course..)as the later official plus.
but the extra coolers (>warm country package , quattro gmbh exhaust, antra wheels, drilled discs.., little lower on the springs
But what's more interesting.. it came allready on official german paper with 500+ bhp. And as even better bonus it got that reinforced quattro gmbh gearbox. (and that was an really expensive thing> done by the first buyer )

and when the car is dirty it also looks nice ... like an fast army wagon

and the best has to come..
it came with a matching bike

have you seen the one on pistonheads, 04 plate rs6 avant in sprint blue, really good spec, including milteks, with only 72k miles..thats a nice car!

My pug 205 was that kinda colour, i just don't think it suits a big car.
