This is the kit me mon - http://www.justkenwood.co.uk/car-audio. ... 01-adaptor
A bit of trimming down helps it fit nice and flush. Mine could do with a tiny bit more off but i got p1ssed off on the day fetching it in and out

I was having a look yesterday at freeview tuners, unless I want to ou around £500 just for the tuner, the only option I can see is to get the adapter to allow rgb connections from the analogue tuner and then add an aftermarket one. The only downside would be a remote eye in the centre console for a remote, and adapters for the antenna connections.

And then i need the tv in motion problem sorted!

Genuine question: Does anyone actually watch TV in their car? I never have, and only used the DVD changer a couple of times when waiting at airports or with friends annoying kids in the back.

Nope, personally I think it is pointless. Never use the CD changer either except for once or twice a year tops for if I have have to visit madam's loathsome parents. Solely radio, which is why I want DAB so badly.......

I thought you had found a solution for the DAB?

I used to use the freeview quite a bit in my old car, especially when sky sports news was still on freeview.

But I do think my next purchase will be coilivers, then maybe think about it. Unless one comes up cheap in the mean time.

Think the South-West switched over ages ago (ie: before I bought the RS6) so I've never been able to watch TV in the car.

I only use the iPod connection - never even used the CD changer.

Only reason I can think of is if you are waiting in the car for some reason. If I want to watch TV, I'll watch the big one in my lounge!

I find it hard to believe that any normal male would want to watch TV anymore, expecially in a car.......
