cam belt kits

hi has anyone used these for cambelt kits www.blauparts.com ,or should you
just use main dealer for these, is it worth changing themostat aswell as waterpump,
and alternater, where do you stop? mines due now at 58000 miles

Buy genuine Audi from TPS. You want to do the cambelt,watrerpump,thermostat and all the associated rollers/dampers too. Whilst your at it, it is a good chance to replace/repair your intercoolers if they are leaking.

I did some surfing on the blauparts kits and there was alot of negative comments from the US forums...
Landed up buying an SKF kit with an OE belt, water pump and t stat. Fitted it myself and thought the SKF kit was first class

Jd weld. You need a pack for each end of the cooler.

I like SKF for bearings and timing belts. I've worked there and they are a high quality manufacturer.
