Very interesting

Presumably this has now left the system with a connection point you can access - so could have a static gauge fitted to allow you to periodically check system pressure at rest??

And we need to know what the connection kit consists of and where you sourced etc - oh and where we could hire a pump etc. ie a full "How to repressurise your DRC write up (with photo's!!

Then all us DRC boys will be quietly smiling again......

Dave

some extra info

Never left a test point in but not a bad idea Dave.

Quick Coupling from Ebay

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/400272166530? ... 1497.l2649

This has both male and female ends so can be connected at any point in the DRC. There are connections at all 4 shocks and at the 2 accumulators. I charged the system from the rear accum connetions at accum only which worked really well.

If there was air in the system it would be easy enough to purge I would think, as there are plenty of connections. See drawing

Used an Enerpak pump from work and a small test gauge to read the low scale

I anyone needs to borrow the fittings let me know (pump lives at work though......)

Will upload more snaps from work as this computer is :piss:

Good info, thanks. There is info on the RS4 and RS6 in that pdf.

Could it be interesting to develop a decent DIY DRC testing & refill kit? If neastev can do it, then why not?

If I get the time I am tempted to whore the entire lot and keep it as an archive. I have a ton of web hosting servers online in Data centres that I could upload these to for others to get at if that site ever dies.

C8 RS6?! Interesting!

@footlong: I am HTTracking the interesting stuff, but if you want to hoard it all, then that sounds good to me. You would be doing the community a favour.

What is this site? IP lookup shows somewhere in Bulgaria? Bam, got any ideas?
