Good call. That's my new saying for the misses now. I always catch her wanting to put her foot down when the 6 isn't warm and keep having to tell her!!! Luckily shes not a girl racer and she has never put her foot any further than half way on the throtle. She thinks its similar power to the 330 we used to have. How she could be more wrong lol.
Hope the colleague doesn't own a grand piano? I guess you've already laid down the ground rules on the forbidden items?

Rule 2....
One of little rants which makes this a rule. When you use the car................make sure there's fuel in it for when I get behind the wheel. To often I get the "15" miles in the tank warning. Just one of my litte moans.

Blimey Chunky, you must have wanted the Pug real bad!! If I had my 205 aged 18, I would have quite simply killed myself! Bought my 1.9 when I was 23, almost killed myself about a month after I bought it, think I was paying £625 FC with £1000 excess!!

Growing up in Oz, everyone I knew were driving 5.0L V8s by the time they were 18/19. I was the only odd one out with a 4.1L in6. Insurance was stuff all too, I bet that's changed considerably now.

Amar, did you give Adrian Flux a call before going with Admiral? They were significantly cheaper than Admiral for me (though it became academic with Admiral anyway because they wouldn't cover a modded car). That is a filthy beast of an insurance bill!

If you've got time, take a detour through death valley - especially in the off season. Well worth it. Lake Tahoe, too, if there's not too much snow. Last time I went they turned us back because we didn't have snow chains on.

Personally I hated both LA and Las Vegas.

Jeeezus Amar! Fair play to you...I am not sure I would love my car so much if my insurance was at that level (frankly, I would be expecting Admiral to send around naked ladies to wash the beast at that price).

Hope you have some form of speed camera detector, any points could mean you could be seriously screwed on renewal.... Maybe we have found the only reason why one would want their 20s to go by quickly...

Would have been worth giving Diamond a call as he has his sister on too. Ours was £300 cheaper with them than admiral one year even though they are same company.
Back with admiral now though .
