Anyone used these or other brand to keep the engine ''clean''...

Fifth Gear did a test on these, you can see it on YouTube, they did not increase BHP from what I recall, in fact, I think it actually went down.

i dont want to increase hp from them, just to clean (as they say...) some parts of the engine inside...

Leave the cleaning of insides of engines to the B7 boys :lol:

I just stick with V-Power or Tesco99. They both seem to hep keep things a little clean, although to be fair how are you going to know if the engine insides are clean or not?

I had one of those a few years ago, for the money it was great little car and very hard to beat.

just precautionary, benefit not it harms not...
yes the 19 16v was great, i was very careful with it...cleaned the engine area too...untill there were some rust bubbles at the rear wheelarches...omg...

I have never bothered...Isn't that one of the reasons why we spend all those extra pennies on V-Power? I do remember that QST use Wurth Engine Flush on their services but other than that my car hasn't seen anything else...
