Boost hoses
Anyone tried Venair silicon hoses? Are the bottom hoses any longer than the OE hoses?

RE: Boost hoses
I run them, along with many others over on RS6.com . I don't recall them being any longer than OEM. I'll try to locate the OLD hoses for comparison and let you know.

Sorry for the wait, we're in the middle of a very active hurricane season:(. I checked the hoses, they're the same length as OEM.

RE: Boost hoses
Try the Wagner ones, there are slightly longer than OEM.
They solved my problem of constantly blowing off the lower hoses.

The Wagner ones are probably the way forward. Bit pricey though.

The bottom ones are easy to get to. Just drop the bottom tray.kaisersolsay wrote:I've not had the bottom tray off the car yet.....how easy is it to check and replace the bost hoses? Are they easy to get to...or is it a front bumper off job?
I can't remember off hand if you can access the top hoses without removing the headlights (and therefore the bumper).
I really want to say yet, but I suspect the answer might be that the headlights have to come out. It's actually not a very hard job believe it or not.

The oe pipes are over £40 each + new hose clips so the Wagner are good value .
