The standard colours are:

1. Black
2. Daytona Grey (obviously the best ;) )
3. Avus grey (I think)
4. Mugello blue
5. Misano Red

I think that's it. The other colours were special order "Audi Exclusive" colours. My personal favourite is Sprint Blue.
Daytona RS6 C5 Avant. Viper'd, Billies, Waggers, MTM box brain, C6 stoppers, xcarlink, R8 coolant cap (woohoo)
///M3 E46 | XC90 (V8, natch) | Passat GTE | RR Classic V8 flapper

Mugello Blue's are for sale coz they're slower ;)

Ebony black Avants are the fastast followed closely by Daytona Grey ;)

Misano Red looks awesome on a bright summers day, alas not as fast as the darker colours ;)

Avus Silver - Smart
Goodwood Green - Unpopular
Nogaro Blue - Rare

I'm sure there are others.........

Yes mate and looks fekkin great imo.

You'll be lucky to find one and I suspect c.£20k+ for a good one if you do.

Misano do look great and I wouldn't worry about the police, by the time you've caught their eye you'll be a blur. Let's be honest, if you're not driving like a nob they're not gonna pull you over.

Provided the history and maintenance record is 100% don't worry too much about being noticed. It's a good thing ;)

No shortage of blues on PH, fewer reds/black around.

If you can find one with Audi warranty it's worth it over a cheaper car (IMO). There's lots to go wrong and bills are big.

I think that is a great choice, i wish you the best of luck finding one, as imagine how cool we'll look parked at the squash club, RS6 B5, RS6B6, RS6 B5 AND A S4. Woop.

Warranty Direct not covering new policies and others are flaky.

Never had a problem with an Audi covered car, can't comment on how the aftermarket companies compare although you'll find lots on here who can give you feedback. Do a search on "warranty" and the brutal facts will be revealed!

I have a nive ebony black one for sale although a little over £17k !

I think all colours look great. It's the individuality of the car i.e. does it have black optics, anthracite colour wheels, privacy glass etc that make each indivual car look great

Black is of course the best

Guys, some simple physics

When a car is moving away from you it will appear red - it's called the Doppler effect. So, if passed by another car it will appear to be red - ergo, Misano is the fastest colour!
