This has got to be worth a shot !!

If as many of us can do this as possible at the same time then it may get some attention.

I've put the date and time into the phone as an alarm to remind me to send in a text and will draft a text out ready to send, that way I dont have to be watching to know when to send it.

Text Watchdog
While the programme is live on air (between 7.30pm and 8pm on Mondays), you can text your comments and thoughts to us. Start your message with the letters WD and send it to 83199. Texts are charged at standard rates.

I should also add that as there are a lot of gripes common to Audis service and customer relations that I would encourage all Audi owners who have had poor service etc to Text in also ...................

I ve just put alarm on, girlfriend going to text about maindealer services as she has sudi a3 and ben really unhappy with service.

Yeah, I sent mine in - a 6 message long waffle! I hope I don't get charged £1 for each bit! It wasn't a great time for the forum to have got itself unplugged though!

Thanks to everyone who sent in texts, if we keep the pressure up we will get somewhere, it worked for the U.S. RS6 owners

If I can get hold of the Watchdog office number I will post it up and would encourage everyone to ring them up.

Feel free to add yourselves to this list it would be useful to know how many people sent texts for any possible follow up.
