Radio Reception

Anyone help? I dont get a decent reception unless I am within 5 miles of Terry Wogan`s front room. Really annoying. Or do RS6 s just have rubbish radio reception ? Advice and ideas please.

mines not wonderful.

Do you have RNS-D or E?

Is the antenna OK!

Aren't these diversity units with RDS?

I'm sure somebody with more knowledge will be along soon.

I had this, too. It wouldn't pick up ANYTHING. Then it just stared working.

I also had a faulty TMC tuner which I changed, but I don't think this is related. Although when I had the dash apart I found an FM modulator plumbed in to the arial.

There was a swicth on the FM modulator that apparently cut off the normal arial to favour its own output.

Might be worth pulling out the RNS to have a look if you've got something similar?

My TV reception isn't very good though.
