Hello from France

Hello everyone! I'm Olivier from Lille, in northern France, and have joined this forum because I'd like to renovate an old Audi S2 Coupé from the early 90s. It was my father's favourite car, but it has been rotting for almost 20 years in a barn after he divorced my mother and had to go live in Paris, where it was more convenient for him to own a smaller car.
So, I've found recently that this car still existed and was in a decent (for a car that spent 20 years without being used) state, and I'd like to renovate it for him before he retires. So far, I've just checked out the car quickly since I was in a hurry, but in a couple weeks, I'll be back from a business trip and will be able to take a closer look, take a couple pictures of it and look at what's wrong with it. So far, I'll just read a lot and maybe ask for advice if I find something to ask about without the car in front of me.
