Norwegian RS6 C5

Hi guys.
Picked up a very used and very well maintained RS6 on friday. Was sort of an impulse buy, been looking for a decent B5 RS4 for a while and this thing just popped up. Managed to snatch it for a very reasonable price and hope it's as good as it feels. It's done a lot of miles, but it's had every maintenance and repair done at a certified dealership and any issue taken care of promptly, so hopefully it'll give me a few years of fun. It's proved a very nice car already, just a few days into ownership.
Some facts:
2003 C5 RS6
Daytona Grey
236000km on the clock
Completely stock, one owner (65 year old CEO's wife) used for weekend trips.

FON!
Welcome to the forum, looks like a tidy one. Almost identicle from mine other than the black interior. Even roughly the same mileage!
There's a big C5 following on here and loads of info and resources so you've found the right place.
Enjoy the car

Is it on the original 'box?

As far as I know it's on the original box and even original oil, it's had the regular Audi services and any nescessary repairs, and none of those interval services include transmission fluids. It's first on my list of things to fix. The box feels all right, an occational slightly harsh downshift, but no excessive slip. But yeah... I've budgeted on a gearbox failure/swap/rebuild.

We there you go, the gearbox is capable of spaceship mileage, as long as it's a careful lady owner.

Well.... Her car before this was a Ferrari 355 Maranello, and her new car is an S-class AMG something. She had an album full of snapshots of officers that had given her speeding tickets, and she loved bashing Porsches and BMWs on the motorways, so. I think it's been used...

Haha. She's 65 years old, go ahead, dude!

She was cool though, spent three hours in her villa talking about cool cars and driving.
Her husband snapped a photo just before I left with "her" car.
And this is the face I still have everytime I think about my "new" car:

Took the GoPro and audio recorder out today to show the car to a friend. It's a pretty great car we have!

It's nothing exciting really, just a cruise and some fun on the snow in the end.

Why? That's when it's fun, with the other cars creeping around the slush and us Quattro guys blasting past them. I was surprised the old lady is still that quick after 240.000km. Uphill on slushy roads she did a 5.08 0-100kph.

So, time to move on already. She's got so many small issues all the time I'm getting a little tired of all that "character" to be honest. New owner will take good care of her.
Getting a new Golf GTi as a replacement. Gonna miss the power, but reliability is more important.
