Greeting from the Costa Blanca, Spain

Hi there Audi enthusiasts,
My name is Eddie Flissaard, I live in Spain and own a RS6 from 2003. I found the RS6 in Germany in 2010 and imported it to Spain myself. The interior has carbon fibre inserts, alcantara roof lining and the seats are Recaro in a black leather/cloth combination. I bought the car knowing it had DRC failure, but that’s been sorted since all four shocks have been changed out. When I bought the car it was 100% stock and I am really happy with my RS6 as it is, but there is always something to improve so shortly after I changed from RNS-D to RNS-E and put in a RS6+ aluminium pedal set, fitted RS6 Titan alloys. I also upgraded the engine and transmission cooling by adding an extra OEM oil cooler to the existing one
and fitted Wagner intercoolers. The oil cooler upgrade and the Wagners were a preparation to the latest modification done last April by MRC, Banbury fitting a full Milltek non resonated catback system with 100 cell downpipes, high flow airfilters + stage2 engine and transmission remap. Also a H&R ARB set was fitted at the same time I was there.
I am very happy how the car performs now
the DRC still OK, but will check the system pressure soon since last pressure charge was in 2010. I hope the oil cooler upgrade will contribute in a longer life of the engine and transmission. I have no mayor mods planned and hope to enjoy the RS6 for some time, hopefully it stays to only regular maintenance costs
Congrats with this great forum site a real loaded source of information for the Audi fan.
Thank you all and speak to you soon
