New C5 RS6 owner with a question

Hi all, I've bought a Black RS6 Avant (I've not even picked it up yet - it's a Guernsey car and the dealer is re-registering it at the moment). I noticed that there was an extra added gadget on the passenger side of the dashboard, and I've no idea what its for. And, like a genius, I forgot to ask the dealer. I've attached a photo, although it's a side on view. does anyone have any ideas?
In the meantime, I'm just waiting for the dealer to call to say the car is ready for collection. It's torture...

Hi Zed, that's exactly what it is. Thanks for the info, it was really bugging me. Just got to take delivery of the car now.....

Finally picked the car up yesterday. I can't believe how fast it is. I'm a very happy bunny...
